How do you ensure the wine is protected during shipping?

We use specialized, reinforced cardboard packaging designed to prevent breakage and minimize temperature fluctuations during transit to ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition.

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Yes. By law, all wine deliveries require a signature from an adult aged 21 or older. If no one is available, the courier will leave a calling card to reschedule delivery.

What is your return policy for corked or damaged bottles?

If you receive a bottle that is corked or was damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or a replacement bottle.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as digital payment options including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How should I store my wine once it arrives?

For optimal quality, we recommend storing your wine in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature (ideally between 12-15°C) and keeping the bottles laid on their sides to keep the corks moist.
