At Framingham Wines, we strive for excellence in every bottle; however, if your order is damaged or incorrect, we offer a hassle-free return process within 14 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of wine, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or are no longer in their original condition.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect bottles.
- 2.Approval Review
Our cellar team will review your request within 48 hours to confirm the return eligibility based on our quality standards.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Place the unopened bottles back into their original protective shipping inserts to prevent breakage during transit.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned shipment, a full refund or replacement will be processed to your original payment method.
